Chris Winters is a British programme leader, writer, music creator, and independent systems thinker based in Abu Dhabi.
His professional career spans more than 30 years of complex delivery across engineering, EPC/EPCM, energy, oil and gas, petrochemical, nuclear, and marine environments. He is particularly drawn to recovery: understanding what has failed, what matters now, who owns what, and how movement can resume.
His independent work explores human behaviour, perception, identity, relationships, decision-making, awareness, and the governance questions created when AI becomes a more active participant in human systems.
